Cannoli

Not cake...but the delicious Cannoli!  I made these for my cooking club's Italian night in January.  One end was dipped in chocolate chunks, and the other end in coconut (colored green).

Retirement Cake

I made this cake for my dad's retirement party a couple years ago...this picture was perfect for his cake since bird-watching is his favorite hobby.

Easter Eggs

These are cupcakes I made for Easter.  Chocolate cake with the most delicious chocolate frosting!!  I had a lot of fun decorating these cupcakes, making colorful bird nests with chocolate eggs...perfect for spring!  I try to make my cake decorations beautiful, while still looking delicious as ever.  Even though they are pretty cakes, you can't resist eating them!
