I made this cake 12 years ago...and I really can't believe it has been that long!  Loved the days of LOTR...this was for the Fellowship DVD release...what a great party that was.  203 Days until the Hobbit is out in theaters...Yes, I am counting down...

Both of my moms love pie...so instead of having to decide what flavor to make each of them, I created these mini pies, baked in cupcake pans...and baked three flavors for each!!

Monster High

These cupcakes were by far the hardest thing I have made yet!! So many things seemed to go wrong, but in the end, I think they came out pretty cute.  The cake was a lot easier to make...I love this cake...I think if I was 12 years old, I would want this to be my birthday cake!

I made this baby shower cake for my precious nephew, Charlie (and my sister-in law, Beth).  The shower was jungle themed...and I couldn't pick just one animal for the cake!

First Roses

Just finished this cake...first time I've made one with roses...and they came out really good!

My writing needs some help though. I print much better with frosting, but my husband says most people want words written on their cakes...so I need to practice.
